    If you live in the Chichester area, or nearby in West Sussex or Hampshire, and would like to have a go at watercolour painting or brush up existing skills then this is for you !

    The emphasis is on having fun learning watercolour in a relaxed, stimulating and friendly environment. The classes are tutored jointly by Leisure Painter contributors John Hill and Sakura Misumi. Although the classes are well structured, students are encouraged to develop their own style and to paint whatever appeals to them.

    There are 3 terms. The academic year starts in September but students are welcome to start at any time, even mid-term, assuming there is space.

    In the summer there is either outdoor painting in and around Chichester, or a holiday in Avignon, for those who enjoy painting on location in convivial company.
